The apartment is all on one level (ground floor) and consists of:

Large Lounge with three piece suite; flat screen colour digital TV (freeview); DVD player and radio/CD/cassette player; coffee table and dining table & chairs.

Bedroom with king-size bed -(all linen and towels provided).

Twin beds in alcove, which can be curtained off. Travel cots, buggie, baby bath and high chair are also available free of charge.

Newly fitted, fully equipped separate kitchen with electric cooker; fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster.

Bathroom with bath and overbath shower, w.c., wash hand basin & electric shaving point.

Washing machine.

Gas central heating throughout.

Own garden in front of apartment.

Private car parking for three cars.
